Yes, absolutely. Aura & Amber is a management company — not a buyer. You retain 100% ownership of your asset. We manage the operations under a management agreement, and you receive monthly performance reports and financial statements.
How long is the management contract? +
Our standard initial management agreement is 3–5 years, with renewal options. The term reflects the time needed to fully implement the transformation and see measurable financial results — shorter contracts do not allow enough time to realise the full value of the investment.
What happens to my existing staff? +
Your existing team is an asset we build on — not replace. Aura & Amber's Training Academy programmes are designed to upskill existing staff to international service standards. We place senior management roles where needed but work with your team, not against them.
